INTERNATIONAL - We are happy to mail order abroad, if paying by credit card. VAT is not charged on orders posted to outside the EU, but local import duties may be payable on receipt.
Non-EU countries - P&P £48.00 up to 2Kg. Items will be sent International Recorded Delivery. Allow 14 working days for delivery.

Goods delivered by courier should arrive between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. All deliveries must be signed for unless you have specified a safe place for your goods to be left, this will be at your risk. If you are out when the courier arrives the Courier will leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot.
We make every effort to achieve the delivery time specified but on rare occasions factors beyond our control may affect delivery times so they are not guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
Ordering Goods
To order online simply click the "add to basket" button on the product information page. After making your selections use the "checkout" link where you will be able to review and amend your order before proceeding through the checkout pages. We will ask for details of your billing address, which must be the address at which your Credit/Debit card is registered - and email/phone contact details so we can contact you if we need to discuss your order. You will be given the opportunity to select a different delivery address later in the checkout process. If you need to amend your order after it has been generated, please contact us either by email or phone.
Pricing
All prices are correct at the time of display online and include VAT where appropriate. In the unlikely event of an administrative error resulting in an incorrect price being displayed, we reserve the right to correct the price. In these circumstances we would contact you before processing your order and give you the opportunity to cancel your order if the revised price is unacceptable.
Site Security
This site uses securetrading, the UK's leading independent Payment Service Provider, to process credit and debit card payments. All sensitive payment card information is encrypted using the most sophisticated e-payment software available and is sent to the bank for instant authorisation via the securetrading network of payment gateways. Transactions normally take a few seconds to be processed and at no time are your payment card details at risk from cyber criminals. You can also check by looking at the URL bar on top of your browser. Guarantee and Returns
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to exchange it or refund you, within 7 days of receipt - providing the goods are unused and undamaged. (NB postage costs are not refunded) This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you return goods for exchange by post, please enclose payment for the further P&P charges (see above delivery charges) - unless the item is damaged.
If you purchase a product from us that is found to be faulty we will supply a replacement product, arrange for a repair or give you a refund of the purchase price.
Upon receipt of the product we will examine it or we may need to return it to the manufacturer for examination. We aim to dispatch a replacement product, arrange a repair or refund your money within 14 days.
Important - if you do return goods, please get a proof of posting certificate or send by Recorded Delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.
